Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a small saucepan; simmer 15
minutes, stirring frequently; thread shrimp, interlapping, on skewers;
grill 4-6" from hot glowing coals, 3-5 minutes, turning and brushing
frequently with lemon mixture; DO NOT OVERCOOK!

1 tb Gravy Mstr or Ktchn Bouquet
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Ground coriander
1/2 ts Ground cumin seed
1/4 ts Ground ginger
1/8 ts Paprika
Cayenne pepper to taste
2 lb Lge shrimp; (20 -25 count)
6 Bamboo skewers - soaked in
-water for 30 min.
1/4 lg Lemon; seeded and finely
- minced, incldg rind
