Lemon Herb Marinated Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 tb Mazola RightBlend Corn &
- -Canola Oils
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1/2 ts Rosemary or tarragon,
- -crushed
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken
- -breast halves
Instructions:
In cup mix first 5 ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover; let stand at
room temperature no longer than 30 minutes, turning once. Broil 10
minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
Makes 4 servings.
Each serving (with chicken) provides: 200 calories, 25 grams protein,
1 gram carbohydrates, 10 grams total fat, 4 grams polyunsaturated
fat, 2 grams saturated fat, 70 milligrams cholesterol, 330 milligrams
sodium.
