Baked Fish with Bacon Stuffing

Ingredients:
- 3 c Soft bread crumbs
- 1 tb Bacon drippings
- 1/4 c Onion; finely chopped
- 1/4 c Diced bacon; cooked
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 2 tb Water
- Seasonings
- 2 lb Dressed fish
- Soft butter or margarine
- Lemon wedges
Instructions:
Mix together all ingredients except fish, butter and lemon. Place
stuffing lightly in cavity of fish; do not skewer. Place in greased baking
pan; spread with butter. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until
fish flakes easily. Baste occasionally. Serve with lemon wedges.
