Lemon-Herb Turkey Breast

Ingredients:
- 2 lb Turkey breast; (up to 3)
- 1/4 c Lemon juice
- 1 ts Rosemary
- 1 ts Oregano
- 2 tb Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c Dry white wine
- Salt and pepper; to taste
- 2 Cloves garlic
Instructions:
Put all ingredients (turkey skin-side down) in crock pot and cook on low 6
to 8 hours, basting turkey if possible.
