Combine the dressings in a small bowl and mix well. Steam the broccoli just
until crisp-tender. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, mix the broccoli florets with the pasta, green pepper,
tomato, scallions, and dressing. Mix well. Chill 2 hours.
Less that 1 gram of fat per serving.

1 c Broccoli florets
2 c Corkscrew noodles, cooked
And drained
1/2 c Green pepper -- chopped
1/2 c Tomato -- chopped
1/4 c Scallions -- sliced
