Lime and Basil Sorbet

Directions:

Pour lime juice, water, and sugar syrup into ice cream cannister. Add
chopped basil leaves. Freeze according to ice cream maker manufacturers
directions.

Ingredients:

1 c Lime juice (5-6 limes);
-strained
1 c Water
1 c Sugar syrup (see recipe)
12 Fresh basil leaves; chopped
-finely

Serves:

4 Servings
