FOR 1-1/2 LB LOAF
2 ts Yeast
3 c Bread flour
2/3 c Rolled oats
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Margarine
1/2 c Lemon curd
1 1/8 c Milk
Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's
directions. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast. Use light crust setting.
Lemon curd can be found in jelly or imported foods section of supermarket.
