Score steak on both sides. Place in a shallow pan. Blend salad dressing,
soy sauce, onion juice and lemon pepper. Pour over steak. Cover. Let stand
at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours; turn several times. Place steak on
rack of broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Season with
salt. Carve broiled steak in very thin slices diagonally across grain.
