Preheat oven 350~F. Combine potatoes, 1/2c butter, salt, onion, soup, sour
cream, and cheese. Put into a greased 9x13" baking dish, spreading to full.
Combine 1/4c butter with the crushed french fried onions and sprinkle on
top. Bake 1 1/4 hrs.
2 lb Baking potatoes, skinned,
-shredded
1/2 c Butter, melted
1 tb Salt
2 tb Dried, minced onion
1 cn Cream of Chicken soup
2 c Sour cream
2 c Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c Butter
2 c Can french fried onions
