Baked Mashed Potatoes

Directions:

GARNISH
pn Paprika
2 tb Butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whip first seven ingredients together and place in a greased 9 x 13
casserole.

Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

5 lb Potatoes, peeled, boiled
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 c Sour cream
1 ts Salt or to taste
1/2 ts Pepper or to taste
1 Clove garlic minced (OR
-more to taste)
1 ts Chopped chives

Serves:

1 Casserole
