Directions:

Cut Lyon sausage, celeriac and eggs in cubes, add peas, season with salt,
pepper lemon juice and some mustard and mix with mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

1 lb Lyon sausage
1 Celeriac; boiled
2 Eggs; boiled
1 c Boiled peas
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
Some mustard
Mayonnaise
