Ingredients:

3 -(up to)
3 1/2 c Bread flour
1 pk Active dry yeast
2 1/2 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1/3 c Lukewarm water
2 Eggs; beaten
1/4 Stick butter; softened
1 c Diced coarsely chopped
-olives (combine some
-Spanish olives stuffed
-with pimentoes with some
-ripe olives; pitted)
1 Egg yolk; beaten
