Combine flour,yeast,sugar,salt,cinnamon and nutmeg in large mixer bowl.
Heat water,mashed potato,and margerine until very warm. Butter does not
need to melt. Add to flour mixture stir to moisten. Beat 3 minutes at med.
speed. By hand stir in raisins and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 c flour. Let rise 50
minutes to double size. Punch down, kneed. Divide in 1/2;shape each piece
into a 9 inch roll, pinching edges to seal. Place seam side down in loaf
pans. Let rise. Bake at 400 for 25-35 minutes. Brush with butter and
mixture of sugar and nutmeg. Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.10
