Mix garlic and vinegar. Then add to chili sauce with spices. Place chops in
large baking pan. Pour sauce over meat. (Be sure meat is covered with
sauce; if not, add water.) Marinate overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
6 Lean pork chops
2 c Thick; mild chili sauce
2 -(up to)
3 Cloves garlic; minced
1 tb Vinegar
1/2 ts Oregano
1 1/2 ts Cumin
1/2 ts Coriander
2 ts Salt
