Ingredients:

6 lg Assorted apples, peeled --
Cored & sliced thin
1/3 c Brown sugar -- up to 1/2
1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
2 c All-purpose flour -- sifted
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
2 lg Egg white
3 tb Oil
1 tb Butter Buds
