Directions:

Bake in pan of your choice at 425 degrees until done.

NOTE: Not sure how much corn meal mix to use! The recipe called for "1-1/2
corn meal mix", did not say if it was 1-1/2 cups or boxes! Assume that is
should be cups(?).

ARKANSAS TODAY, CHANNEL 11, KTHV

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c Corn meal mix (??? - see
-instructions)
3/4 c Sweet milk
1/2 c Oil
1/2 c Grated cheese (your choice)
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Garlic salt
1 Jar (small) chopped pimentos
1/2 c Cream style corn
1 lg Onion; chopped fine
2 Eggs
6 sl Bacon; fried crisp and
-crumble fine
2 Pods grated hot peppers
