Mexican Table Salsa

Ingredients:
- 4 Ripe Tomatoes; diced small
- 1 Red Onion; diced small
- 3 Jalapeno Chili Peppers;
- -Minced
- 1/2 c Cilantro; roughly chopped
- 2 tb Toasted Cumin Seeds
- 1/3 c Fresh Lime juice
- Salt and Freshly cracked
- -Pepper to taste
Instructions:
This was in a Mexican Paper courtesy of the New York Times. Its typical of
the Salsa that is put on the table with almost every meal in a restaurant,
here in Acapulco.
Mix it all together and serve
