SALAD
6 Anchovies; drained
1 c Croutons
1 Egg
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Head Romaine lettuce
Ground black pepper optional
Prepare salad dressing 1 day prior to serving. Mix all ingredients in a
jar. For the salad: crush anchovies in a salad bowl. Add lettuce, salad
dressing, egg & cheese. Toss well. Add croutons & black pepper, if desired.
