Mixed Green Salad with Dijon-Tarragon Dressin

Ingredients:
- 1 Head romaine lettuce
- 2 Heads boston lettuce
- 2 c Escarole -- or chicory
- Greens
- 4 tb Lowfat mayonnaise
- 4 tb Nonfat yogurt -- plain
- 4 tb Dijon mustard
- 4 tb Tarragon
Instructions:
Rinse greens, pat dry and tear into bite-size pieces. Place in a large
bowl. In a separate bowl, whick together remaining ingred. dor dressing.
Just before serving, pour dressing over greens and toss until evenly
coated.
