Mock Pate De Foie Gras Spread

Serves: 8 Servings

Ingredients:

1/2 lb Liverwurst
4 tb Minced parsley
4 tb Mayonnaise
1 tb Minced onion

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix; or mash liverwurst and
add remaining ingredients and blend with mixer. Mold into desired shape or
serve in a bowl with crackers or melba rounds.
