Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Pour wine mixture over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done,
basting frequently with wine mixture.

1/4 c Soy sauce; low sodium
1/4 c Burgundy; or other dry rd

1 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1/2 ts Ground red pepper
