Preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs with cream & seasonings. Blend in baby
shrimp. Lightly grease six 4 oz molds. Fill with egg mixture. Place
molds in water bath. Bake 25 minutes. Unmold onto rusks. Cover with
sauce & serve.

1/4 c Heavy cream
1/4 ts Salt
Pepper
1 c Baby shrimp
6 Bread rusks
1 c Hot MORNAY
