Banana Oatmeal Bread

Directions:

Soak oats in 1/3 cup boiling water until the mixture is at room
temperature.

Place all ingredients in order given in machine and program for white
bread. Posted to Digest bread-bakers.v096.nD3.

Ingredients:

1/4 c Water
1/4 c Egg Beaters 99% egg
-substitute
2 tb Canola oil
1 c Mashed bananas
3 tb Brown sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
4 tb Buttermilk, dried
1 c Oatmeal, instant
2 1/2 c Bread flour
1/3 c Oats, steel-cut
1 tb Yeast
