Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine mustard,salt and pepper. Rub all over pork.
Place on baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes or until pork is slightly
pink in the centre.
Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into thin slices and arrange on a platter.
1/4 c Grainy Dijon mustard
Salt to taste
1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin
