Nacho Dip

Serves: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

1 cn Nacho cheese w/ jalapeno
-peppers), Frito Lay
1 1/2 c Sour cream; Blend this with
-taco
1 pk Taco seasoning mix*
2 Soft avocados; * see note
2 tb Lemon juice
Diced; seeded tomato
Diced scallions
1 sl Black olives

Instructions:
On a round platter spread cheese(whole can) really thin with knife.(that's
first layer) 2nd layer- the mixed sour cream & taco seasoning mix 3rd
layer- avocado mix Sprinkle the top with the diced vegies & olives. Serve
with Tostidos taco restaurant style chips.

NOTES : *she uses El paso brand ** Avocados about the size of oranges-mash
them together with lemon juice(this can be done in the food processor)
