Nancy Clark's Milanese Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 2 tb Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tb Chopped fresh basil; or 1
- -tsp dried
- 1 ts Dried oregano
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Cayenne
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve over Mesclun mix.
Betsy's Notes: I added 1/4 tsp of sugar and a few sprinkles of garlic
powder.
