New Mexico Style Barbecued Salmon

Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz. each) salmon fillets
- New Mexico Barbecue Sauce
Instructions:
Two hours before cooking, brush the salmon fillets on both sides with the
sauce and refrigerate.
Prepare a wood or charcoal fire and allow it to burn down to the embers.
Grill the salmon for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.
Brush again with barbecue sauce, and serve immediately.
Yield: 4 servings
