New Orleans Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Granulated sugar
- 1/2 c Vinegar
- 1 c Oil
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts (scant) pepper
- 2 ts (scant) dry mustard
- 2 Cloves garlic (or
- -equivalent in garlic juice)
Instructions:
Shake or blend together all ingredients. Makes 2 cups.
