New Orleans Dressing

Ingredients:

1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Vinegar
1 c Oil
1 ts Salt
1 ts (scant) pepper
2 ts (scant) dry mustard
2 Cloves garlic (or
-equivalent in garlic juice)

Instructions:
Shake or blend together all ingredients. Makes 2 cups.
