Banana-Sweet Potato Casserole

Serves: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

2 c Sweet Potato; cooked and
-mashed
1 c Mashed bananas
1/2 c Sour cream
1 Egg
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 ts Curry powder

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Beat until smooth; put into greased 1 quart casserole
dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
