North Carolina Piedmont Bbq Sauce Iii

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Stick butter
- 1/4 c Minced onion
- 1 1/4 c Cider vin
- 1 1/4 c Ketcup
- 3/4 tb Brown sugar
- 1 ts Worcester
- 1/4 ts Cayenne
- S&p
Instructions:
1. Saute onion in butter. Add rest and simmer 30 min. Use on pork smoked
with vinegar based mop.
