Nut Butter Spread
Categories: SpreadsServes: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
- 2 c Nuts; cashews, pecans,
- -walnuts, almonds
- 1 c Sunflower seed kernels
- 1 c Sesame seeds
- Oil
- Honey; to taste
Instructions:
Place the nuts, sunflower seed kernels and seeds in an electric blender and
blend until fine. Add enough oil to blend them to a paste. Sweeten with
honey.
Store in covered jar in the refrigerator. Yield: about two cups.
