Nut Cake

Ingredients:
- 8 Egg yolks
- 20 tb Ground nuts
- 8 tb Sugar
- Juice of 1 orange+some
- Grated -- lemon zest
- Raisins
- 1 Full tsp.
- Dry yeast
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and add them carefully
to the mixture. Bake as any cake in a floured, oily pan.
