Nut Icing

Serves: 1 Cake icing

Ingredients:

2 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Water/soy milk
1 c Pecans
1 c Shredded coconut
1 1/2 c White sugar

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a pot. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour over hot cake.
