Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 3 c Oatmeal
- 1 qt Low fat buttermilk (or skim
- Milk soured with 1 T. lemon
- Juice per cup
- 1 c Flour
- 2 ts Baking soda
- 2 ts Salt
- Egg substitute to equal four
- Eggs
Instructions:
Combine. The batter will be rather thin. Cook on hot griddle (spray if
desired) until golden brown.
