Old-Fashioned Salisbury Steak with Gravy

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1/3 c Onion; minced
- 1/4 c Saltine cracker crumbs
- 1 Egg white; slightly beaten
- 2 tb Milk
- 1/2 tb Horseradish
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1 Jar (12-oz) prepared brown
- -beef gravy
- 4 oz Mushrooms; cut in 1/4"
- -slices
- 2 tb Water
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef with onion, cracker crumbs, egg
white, milk, horseradish, salt and pepper. Shape into four 1/2" thick oval
patties. Heat a large non-stick skillet at med until hot. Place patties
in skillet; cook 7 - 8 min or until no longer pink and juices run clear,
turning once. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Add gravy ingredients to
same skillet. Cook over medium heat 3 - 4 min or until mushrooms are
tender.
