Orange Breakfast Shake

- 1 c Fresh Orange Juice
- 1/2 c Skim Milk
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1/4 ts Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until smooth. Pour
