Orange Buttercups

- 1 1/2 c Sugar
- 1/2 c Butter
Instructions:

3 Egg yolks
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Orange extract
-------------------------------SIFT TOGETHER-------------------------------
2 1/2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
----------------------------------FROSTING----------------------------------
2 tb Hot orange juice
3 tb Melted butter
1/2 ts Lemon extract
1/8 ts Salt
2 c Powdered sugar

Add sifted dry ingredients to batter alternately with 1 cup milk. Lastly,
fold in 3 (beaten stiff) egg whites. Pour in cupcake tins and bake at 350€
about 20 minutes. Frost with following frosting:
