Brown chicken in margarine in large skillet over med high heat. Move
chicken to side of skillet. Sprinkle with salt & pepper; top each
piece with an orange slice. Add orange juice, water & contents of
vegetable/seasoning packet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover &
simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in stuffing mix until
completely moistened; cover. Let stand 5 minutes.
