Orange Creme Brulee From a 1966 Tv Guide

Ingredients:
- 1 pk Vanilla pudding and pie
- -filling
- 2 c Light cream
- 1 tb Brandy
- 1/4 c Flaked coconut
- 2 cn (12 oz) mandarin oranges;
- -drained
- 1/2 c Dark brown sugar; firmly
- -packed
Instructions:
Prepare pudding according to package directions using light cream. Cook
until thick. Cool and stir in brandy. Top with mandarin oranges and
coconut. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Put under broiler until sugar is melted
and bubbly. Serve at once.
