Orange Milk Shake

Ingredients:
- 5 qt WATER; WARM
- 9 qt WATER; COLD
- 8 3/4 lb MILK SHAKE MIX 1/2 GAL
- 1 pk BEV BASE PWD CHERRY
Instructions:
1. DISSOLVE ORANGE FLAVORED BEVERAGE BASE IN WARM WATER. MIX 3 1/2 QT
RECONSTITUTED BEVERAGE BASE CONCENTRATE WITH VANILLA ICE MILK-MILK
SHAKE MIX, DEHYDRATED. STIR IN COLD WATER. MIX THOROUGHLY.
2. CHILL 4 TO 24 HOURS TO 35 F. TO 40 F.
3. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO TOP HOPPER OF MILK SHAKE MACHINE.
FREEZE TO A TEMPERATURE OF 27 F. TO 30 F. RESERVE LEFTOVER 1 1/2 QT
RECONSTITUTED BEVERAGE BASE CONCENTRATE FOR NEXT BATCH.
