Original Sin Chili - Southern

Ingredients:
- 2 qt Beef stock
- 1 pk Onion soup mix
- 2 lb Ground beef
- 2 lb Steak, cut 1/2" square
- 1/2 c Dried onions
- 2 Celery ribs, chopped
- 1 Green peppers, chopped
- 1 Pickled banana peppers
- 1/4 c Banana pepper juice
- 1 ts Chopped garlic
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 oz Chili powder
- 2 ts Cumin
- 1 ts Oregano
- 1 ts Onion powder
- 1 ts Paprika
- 1 ts Instant beef boullion
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/4 c Bbq. sauce
- 1/4 c Ketchup
- 1 pn Crushed red pepper
- 1 pn Basil
- 1 pn Thyme
- 1/2 ts Black pepper
- 1/4 c Tabasco
Instructions:
Peppers should be mild banana peppers, seeded and chopped. Brown both the
ground beef and beef cubes. Drain most of the fat. Combine all ingredients
in a large pot. Simmer for 2 hours. Correct seasonings and simmer for 1
