Paprika Scallops

Ingredients:
- 3 tb Butter
- 1 lb Scallops
- 3 tb Flour
- 1 c Heavy cream
- 1/4 c Sherry
- 1 tb Paprika
- 3 Minced green onions
Instructions:
Heat butter in large skillet. Add scallops & saute 5 minutes.
Sprinkle in flour. Cook 2 minutes. Add cream, sherry & paprika.
Reduce heat & simmer 8-10 minutes or until thick. Sprinkle with
onions. Serve over fettuccine.
