Peanut Butter Sauce for Satay (Siamese Princess)

- 1/2 c Crunchy peanut butter
- 1 Onion; minced
- 1 Lemon grass stalk; minced
- 1 c Coconut milk
- 1 tb Brown sugar
- 1 ts Chili powder
Instructions:
Combine with whisk or fork. Serve at room temperature with Thai satay.
