Pear Tartlets

Ingredients:
- 2 sm Pears; cored & chopped
- 1 1/2 tb Flour; all-purpose
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 1/2 ts Lemon peel; grated
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1 tb Corn syrup
- 4 Prepared graham cracker tart
- . shells
- Nondairy whipped topping for
- . garnish
Instructions:
1. In medium glass bowl, combine pears, flour, cinnamon, lemon peel, juice
and corn syrup. Cover with wax paper and microwave on High 6 minutes,
stirring twice Let stand 5 minutes.
2. Divide pear filling evenly among tartlet shells. Garnish with topping,
if using.
