Pear-Applesauce with Amaretto

Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 c Cubed peeled Granny Smith
- -apple
- 2 1/2 c Cubed peeled Bartlett pear
- 2 tb Water
- 2 tb Brown sugar
- 1 tb Amaretto
Instructions:
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; cover and cook over
low heat 40 minutes or until very tender. Mash to desired consistency; stir
in sugar and amaretto. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 3/4 cup).
