1. Pour pineapple with juice into mixing bowl, or mixer bowl.
2. Add pistachio mix, mix 2 - 3 minutes in mixer or Combine well by hand,
fold in Cool Whip.
3. Spoon into custard cups, cover with plastic, and put in refrigerator. It
will be soft set in 5 minutes. Can Microwave 60 seconds if it is frozen.
