Brown meat in skillet and drain. Stir in tomato paste, onion and
seasonings. Cook on low heat, stirring, for 5 minutes. Place biscuits in
greased muffin tins, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon meat mixture
into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

3/4 lb Ground beef
1 cn (6-oz) tomato paste
1 tb Instant minced onion
1 ts Italian seasoning
1/2 ts Salt
1 cn Refrigerated biscuits
3/4 c Shredded Mozzarella cheese
