Place chicken in shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Combine remaining
ingredients; brush chicken thoroughly with sauce. Pour remaining sauce
over chicken. Cover pan; bake at 325 degrees F. 30 minutes. Turn chicken
pieces over; bake 30 minutes longer, uncovered, or until tender, brushing
occasionally with sauce.
1 3-lb frying chicken, cut up
1/2 c Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/2 c Plum jam
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Orange juice
1 Garlic clove; crushed
