Melt butter in saucepan, add onion, cornstarch pepper, bouillon cubes and
water. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat, add potato soup and
milk. Cook slowly 10-15 minutes. Stir in cheese and simmer until cheese
melts.
