Ramirez Hot Crab Spread

Ingredients:
- 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 2 tb Milk
- 1 lb Fresh lump backfin crabmeat,
- -cooked
- 1/4 c Worcestshire sauce
- 1/2 c Chopped scallions, including
- -part of green tops
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 c Slivered almonds
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Beat cream cheese with milk in bowl till smooth. Add crab meat,
Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, scallions, salt and pepper; mix well.
Spoon into small baking dish; top with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15
minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Serve with crackers and toasted
bread rounds.
